About the Role: As the Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll align sales efforts with company goals through training & development, enablement strategy, and process optimization. You'll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create impactful enablement programs, driving performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Development: Design tailored training programs for AEs, AMs, and BDRs, focusing on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer-centric solutions. Establish robust onboarding and continuous learning programs. Develop engaging training materials (e-learning, webinars, role-playing).
- Sales Enablement Strategy: Align enablement with company goals, set KPIs, and track impact on sales performance. Create sales playbooks, objection-handling guides, and competitive battle cards. Collaborate with product teams for sales collateral and product information.
- Sales Process Optimization: Drive adoption of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement tools, and prospecting tools. Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. Partner with Revenue Operations to monitor enablement efforts and improve efficiency.
