Renaissance is seeking a highly motivated, creative enablement professional passionate about helping others succeed.
As a Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will equip our sales organization with learning, content, and resources to maximize growth and motivate success.
Collaborating closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, and the Revenue Enablement and Go-To-Market team, you will lead the design and implementation of strategic enablement programs supporting strategic business goals and enhancing sales effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and delivery of sales enablement programs.
- Partnering with leadership, high-performing reps, and cross-functional partners to identify business needs, design learning programs, launch initiatives, iterate, and measure impact.
- Building and managing repeatable and scalable enablement programs and strategies.
- Facilitating learning and readiness programming to maximize sales team effectiveness and performance.
- Establishing clear project plans defining strategic impact, scope, implementation plans, and success metrics.
- Developing a systematic approach for prioritizing, organizing, and deploying sales enablement content.
- Creating a culture of continuous improvement and optimization for program content and back-end processes.
- Identifying opportunities and driving stronger collaboration across Revenue and Go-To-Market teams.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in sales enablement, program management, or learning and development in a high-performance sales organization.
- Experience in a Sales or Business Development role is preferred.
- Experience as a sales enablement facilitator with the ability to engage and inspire others.
- Drive to establish thoughtful and clear program design.
- Ability to envision possibilities while breaking them down into actionable steps.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience scoping and executing on sales enablement tools optimization (Highspot preferred).
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and MEDDPICC Qualification Framework.
- High business acumen and understanding of sales cycles.
- Growth mindset committed to driving employee success and organizational excellence.
- Strong collaborative skills to lead cross-functional project teams.
- Experience executing in modern eLearning tools, web-based meeting tools (Teams, etc.), Salesforce, Outreach, and knowledge management tools (SharePoint, Highspot, etc.).
