Job Summary: The Sales Executive reports to the Director of Sales and is responsible for executing the sales methodology, forecasting sales numbers, and achieving monthly quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Close new business consistently at or above quota.
- Find new prospects from inbound and outbound leads.
- Collaborate with HubSpot for co-selling opportunities.
- Manage the sales funnel from qualification to close.
- Develop and execute target account lists and partner with marketing to build effective programs.
- Write outbound sales sequences using marketing content.
- Call and email prospects within the target audience.
- Conduct needs assessment calls with qualified leads.
- Demonstrate HubSpot expertise by providing sales demos.
- Respond to sales inquiries.
- Engage in intelligent outreach.
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline forecasting.
- Monitor performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Be an evangelist for employee advocacy.
- Improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and French (Canadian French)
- Experience carrying a personal quota over $1 million annually.
- Expert knowledge of HubSpot CRM best practices and sales enablement tools.
- Superior communication skills (video conference, phone, in-person, written).
- Ability to assess business problems and prescribe solutions.
- Alignment with company values.
- Experience selling services or solution-based offerings.
- Experience purchasing marketing services/managing agency relationships.
- Remote work experience preferred.
