Your main tasks will include:
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead high-level negotiations and close deals with clients to drive revenue growth. (60%)
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team (AI Sales Executive and AI SDR), fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. (20%)
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the AI solutions market. (10%)
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. (10%)
You'll collaborate closely with the AI Sales Executive and AI SDR, participating in key strategy and sales meetings to drive our AI initiatives forward.
✨ What Will Make You Shine
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience selling tech solutions within the SaaS or AI industry.
- Education: degree in Business or related fields
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a small sales team.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in various industries.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish.
