Full-Time Sales Manager

We seek an experienced and proactive French-speaking Sales Manager to lead the sales initiatives, support the online coaches, and drive the training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, coaching, and digital tools.

Job Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate bi-monthly group coaching sessions for online coaches.
• Create and design Canva materials to support these live sessions, ensuring clear and engaging communication.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with online coaches to analyze and improve their sales calls.
• Provide constructive feedback and strategies to enhance their sales performance.
• Develop ongoing sales training programs for online coaches, focusing on best practices and sales techniques.
• Create comprehensive training materials using Canva, and deliver this training via Zoom or Loom (pre-recorded, not live).
• Provide follow-up and ongoing support to clients and coaches, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance to achieve their goals.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with the coaching team to address issues or needs.

Requirements

• Mastery of Canva for creating training materials and visual content.
• Proficiency in Notion for project management and team collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of Slack for team communication and coordination.
• Experience in creating and delivering online courses.
• Familiarity with sales coaching and client follow-up processes.
• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on coaching and training.
• Strong background in creating and delivering training programs, particularly in a digital environment.
• Experience in managing client relationships and providing ongoing support to ensure client success.
