Overview

Porex, a business unit of Filtration Group, seeks an experienced and driven Sales Manager, Consumer Sciences. This role focuses on managing and growing relationships within a select portfolio of large, United States-based strategic customers in the Consumer Science business.


Responsibilities
  • Directly manage revenue delivery and growth for assigned customers.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and project management.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account plans for growth, retention, and expansion.
  • Monitor account performance and manage budgets.
  • Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Five (5) years of customer experience in B2B Sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of supply chain and logistics.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
