We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our Partnerships Team (based in downtown Toronto but also open to remote candidates) reporting directly to the Director of Everyday Banking.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including identifying, qualifying, capturing, and closing sales opportunities.
- Develop proposals for media and affiliate campaigns.
- Sell and onboard new lead and media partners.
- Attain quota for lead generation, display, sponsorship and licensing.
- Identify new areas of growth through product innovation.
- Collaborate with other team members.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the industries.
- Conduct consistent performance evaluation discussions with partners.
- Ensure SLAs are met and the client experience is paramount.
- Capture and record all activities in our CRM (Salesforce).
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience managing and growing a book of business.
- 1+ year proven sales results.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Ability to identify and communicate value.
- Effective communication skills.
- High integrity.
