We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales leader to spearhead the expansion of our sales efforts.
As a key member of our close-knit team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SMI Aware’s products and services and be able to effectively communicate their value proposition.
This is a high-accountability role with significant financial upside based on performance, requiring a self-starter with a hunter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Sales & Business Development
- Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to promote and sell SMI Aware’s solutions, focusing on the legal community.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Be a "hunter" to aggressively pursue new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations to showcase the value of SMI Aware’s products and services.
- Represent SMI Aware at conferences and industry events.
- Effectively manage the CRM platform.
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to define and execute sales strategies and goals.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and inform decision-making.
- Leverage market insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Process Optimization & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Analyst Manager and other leadership members to align sales efforts.
- Partner with the Product Team to provide client feedback and communicate new features.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of proven sales success, ideally in a B2B or tech-enabled services environment.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building rapport and influencing decision-makers. Strong analytical skills.
Mindset: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CRM platforms and the Google Suite; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Strong organizational skills.
