Role Overview: As a strategic seller, this role drives strategy and revenue growth across Holding Companies and Agencies in Central and Eastern Europe, particularly in the Polish market.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop strategic relationships with key agencies and brands.
- Identify and drive net new revenue opportunities with local Polish brands.
- Activate existing clients in the Polish market.
- Manage and improve relationships at Holding Companies, agencies, and brands.
- Deliver engaging presentations on the IAS value proposition.
- Align with Agency and Global sales leadership to maximize client strategies.
- Support business planning, forecasting, and revenue growth.
- Deeply understand the competitive landscape.
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
- Gather market feedback and provide updates to IAS product teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in the digital marketplace (agency or sales), with programmatic experience preferred.
- Proven success in achieving sales revenue targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the media landscape and agency pressure points.
- Extensive network within Holding Companies and Agencies in Poland.
- Fluency in Polish, English, and German (preferred).
- Strong communication, proposal-building, and pitching skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Quick understanding and application of product ideas to prospects and clients.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
