Job Details
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join the Avery Dennison Intelligent Labels division.
Responsibilities:
- Growing and developing sales by existing customers in Germany.
- Following up on leads for new customers and opportunities.
- Selling across the Avery Dennison Smartrac RFID product portfolio.
- Building a sales pipeline.
- Participating in industrial exhibitions.
- Achieving sales and margin targets within EMEA and new customer wins.
- Developing an understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Using SalesForce and other tools to analyze sales activities and customer base.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the RFID industry.
- Ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
- Solution-oriented self-starter.
- Entrepreneurial thinking.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Energetic and enthusiastic work approach.
- Strong cultural empathy and team-player attitude.
- Valid driving license.
