Job Details
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our team in the Avery Dennison Intelligent labels division.
How your role would look like:
- Growing and developing sales by our existing customers in Germany
- Follow up on existing leads for new customers and opportunities
- Results oriented selling across the Avery Dennison Smartrac RFID product portfolio, including technical knowledge of RFID transponders
- Building a sales pipeline based on prospects but also previous customers
- Participate in industrial exhibitions
- Responsible for achieving sales and margin targets within EMEA and new customer wins
- Developing a sound understanding of the competitive landscape
- Using SalesForce to analyze your sales activities and customer base as well as creating regular sales forecasts
You:
- Have 5+ years experience in B2B sales, ideally in the RFID industry
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
- Are a solution oriented self-starter with a hands-on mentality
- Are able to handle a number of key tasks at the same time and prioritize your work on your own
- Have a valid driving license
