Job Details

  • We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive leisure sales for Swissôtel Living Bodrum.
  • Responsible for increasing market presence in domestic and international leisure segments.
  • Generating new business opportunities.
  • Representing the property at key industry events.
  • Regular travel to Bodrum is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-value leisure accounts.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Establish partnerships with luxury travel consortia and premium travel agencies.
  • Conduct sales calls, client visits, and networking activities.
  • Represent the property at tourism fairs, travel shows, and luxury travel events.
  • Organize and host site inspections, familiarization trips, and special client events in Bodrum.
  • Work closely with the on-site Bodrum sales team.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong existing network in leisure markets.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and close sales opportunities.
  • Professional level of English.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly to Bodrum.
  • Experience representing properties at international tourism fairs.
  • International work experience is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or related field.
