Full-Time Sales Manager - Label Packaging Materials

What awaits you at our company? - Your area of responsibility: We are currently looking for a Sales Manager - Label Packaging Materials (label.averydennison.com) for Southwest Germany to join our European sales team, working from home. Reporting directly to our Country Sales Manager D/A/CH.

• Build and expand your network of international customers, fostering strong partnerships.
• Drive innovation. Explore new projects and markets, actively manage our product portfolio, and implement innovative packaging solutions.
• Collaborate to achieve success. Work closely with customers to identify new end-applications and develop customized packaging solutions.
• Take ownership. Take commercial responsibility for your customers, conduct price negotiations, and analyze your achievements.
• Promote growth. Work hand-in-hand with our application engineering and sales support team to further develop your sales territory and achieve your goals.
• Manage projects. Coordinate tenders, projects, and participate in exciting meetings and workshops.

What we expect from you? - Your qualifications:

• Solid knowledge: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Sales experience: At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales of technical products. Ideally, first steps in an international matrix organization.
• Strategic thinking: Analytical skills and practical knowledge in developing and implementing successful sales strategies in the B2B environment.
• Customer focus: Experience in project management and developing customer relationships.
• Communication skills: Strong German and English language skills, and the ability to convince in complex business situations, presentations, and negotiations.
