Full-Time Sales Manager, On-Premise, National Accounts

• Implement strategic National initiatives to expand FIJI Water’s footprint in On-Premise, across all sub segments
• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with National Accounts to grow and expand distribution and sales opportunities
• Collaborate with internal and external National Distribution partners to ensure execution of business strategies and alignment with brand objectives
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities
• Develop and negotiate high-impact contracts and partnerships
• Ensure accurate forecasting, monthly financials and present new business opportunities to sales leadership
• Manage P&L reporting for On-Premise National Accounts
• Travel up to 75% to key markets / customers

• 8+ years of experience in On-Premise sales
• Strong network of relationships with key stakeholders
• Proven success in driving sales growth
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Advanced knowledge of utilizing syndicated data
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Availability for evening or weekend events
