Job Details
Manages Commercial Print sales, service and distribution of products and services within the Southeast Region.
Responsibilities:
- Set, drive and manage all sales initiatives within the assigned region.
- Directly manage and develop Commercial Print Sales in the region.
- Achieve and exceed all Region revenue, profit and expense objectives.
- Partner with plant presidents and collaborate on local market strategy.
- Carries out management responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, training.
- Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Senior Sales and Operations Leaders.
- Maintains accurate records of all forecasting, sales and prospecting activities.
- Attract new sales representatives through successful recruiting strategies.
- Actively involved in the development of new sales representatives sales orientation and sales training programs.
- Develop and maintain multi-level relationships within accounts.
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Assists with the implementation of new products and services within existing and new clients.
- Proactively establishes and maintains effective working team relationships.
- Monitors and evaluates changes and developments within accounts, the marketplace, the competition and the industry.
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
Requires 4+ years of sales management experience. Experience with print and/or print related services is preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates successful selling abilities. Good analytical ability. Requires ingenuity, resourcefulness and creativity. Must have the ability to lead. Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Must have a valid drivers license.
