Role Overview: We seek an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development in the US market.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate the US market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Design and implement scalable sales processes to drive revenue growth.
- Develop, track, and analyze sales KPIs.
- Ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team.
- Drive outreach campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events.
- Work cross-functionally to meet client needs.
- Provide feedback to refine offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven success in sales and business development, especially in IT outsourcing.
- Deep understanding of the US market and business culture.
- Strong ability to design and implement sales processes.
- Expertise in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
- Strong team player.
