- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns for the property, tailored to the Chinese market
- Survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and comments
- Determine the effectiveness of existing programs and develop new strategies
- Direct all advertising, public relations and promotional activities
- Evaluate changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set
- Recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary
- Prepare regular performance reports and present to senior leadership
