Full-Time Sales & Marketing Manager

• Develop and maintain relationships with high-value leisure accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Establish partnerships with luxury travel consortia and agencies.
• Conduct sales calls and networking activities.
• Represent the property at tourism fairs and events.
• Organize site inspections and client events in Bodrum.
• Work with the Bodrum sales team to align strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain records in CRM systems.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong network in leisure markets.
• Proven ability to develop new business.
• Professional level of English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Based in Istanbul, travel to Bodrum required.
• Experience at international tourism fairs.
• International work experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or related field.
