What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in enabling our revenue teams with the tools, content, and strategies needed to engage prospects and clients effectively. This is a highly collaborative role that requires creativity, organization, and the ability to turn complex concepts into compelling materials.

As a Sales Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in enabling our revenue teams with the tools, content, and strategies needed to engage prospects and clients effectively. This is a highly collaborative role that requires creativity, organization, and the ability to turn complex concepts into compelling materials.
- Develop and manage a library of sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and email outreach templates.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Analytics teams to align messaging and support revenue goals.
- Simplify technical or complex ideas into clear, persuasive content tailored to different audiences.
- Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for sales teams.
- Leverage sales enablement platforms (Seismic, Loopio) to streamline content delivery and RFP responses.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of materials and programs to drive improvements.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience in sales marketing, sales enablement, or a related role in a high-growth tech environment.
- Strong writer and communicator with experience crafting impactful, client-facing content.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
- Experience with sales enablement tools like Seismic and RFP/questionnaire management tools like Loopio is a plus.
- Knowledge of healthcare, life sciences, or privacy-centric industries is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
