Full-Time Sales & Marketing Manager

We are searching for a Marketing Manager with Retail experience.

You know the French market, have retail experience, and know which channels are effective for getting our brand and campaigns top of mind for potential customers.

Key Requirements:

• Strategic Marketing: Develop localized strategies using omnichannel approaches for customer acquisition and retention.
• Market Insights: Analyze customer data, trends, and competitor activity to drive targeted campaigns and regional relevance.
• Budget Management: Optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI while maintaining quality.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign effectiveness using KPIs and collaborate with other teams to achieve business goals.
• Networking & Negotiation: Build media connections in France and negotiate with external partners.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Resilient & Driven: A proactive approach to challenges.

Experience: Diploma in marketing and significant experience in a similar role.

Skills: Perfect command of English, good knowledge of advertising, social media, print and digital marketing, knowledge of retail is a plus.
