Key Duties & Responsibilities:Manage sales forecasting, pipeline data, and performance analysis to support VP of Sales and Sales Leaders.Develop, implement, and improve end-to-end sales processes, including CRM (Salesforce) management and data accuracy.Prepare reports and management packs for board meetings and sales leadership reviews.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Alliances, etc.) to ensure alignment and reconcile revenue differences.Provide training and support to the sales team on processes, tools, and reporting.Maintain and improve sales administration documentation, policies, and KPIs.Support strategic initiatives such as product go-to-market plans and sales transformation projects.
Skills / Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales operations role, preferably within IT / sales environment
- Commercially astute and highly confident in manipulating, interpreting and reporting on financial/sales data and key trends
- Excellent administration skills and proficiency in IT and MS packages (Word, Excel) and CRM tools
- An enquiring mind with a logical approach to work, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), ability to influence and articulate opinions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work cross functionally and interact with multiple stakeholders
- Goal-orientated, tenacious and results-driven approach to work
- Ability to prioritize, manage time and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
