We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Operations Manager to optimize our sales processes, support revenue growth, and improve overall sales effectiveness.
This role will work closely with sales leadership, finance, and other cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, analyse, and manage sales forecasts
- Evaluate and implement tools, systems, and processes to improve sales productivity and reporting
- Partner with leadership to set KPI’s and monitor sales performance metrics
- Lead process improvement initiatives
- Train and support sales team members on tools and processes
- Collaborate with sales and customers on pipeline, order proposals and inventory
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field a plus
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and BI tools (Domo or Tableau a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Fluent in English and preferably another main European language (French, German, Spanish)
