Your CareerThe Sales Program Lead will partner closely with Unit 42 leaders to learn about different functions within the org. As a Sales Program Lead for Unit 42 Sales, you'll improve scalability and support rollout of processes, programs, and tools to enhance team effectiveness. This role needs a strong, professional, collaborative individual who is detail-oriented and can work cross-functionally for successful execution, collaborating with Sales, Unit 42 Customer Success, Unit 42 Consulting, Unit 42 Operations, partners, clients, and more.
Your Impact
- Primary operational point of contact in pre-sales assistance for internal sales, clients, partners, legal counsel, insurance carriers, and stakeholders.
- Assist Sales and Unit 42 consultants on contract drafting (statements of work, engagement letters, master services agreements).
- Identify process improvements and recommendations for increased scalability.
- Independently lead workstreams (define approach & plan, execute autonomously, drive cross-functional alignment).
- Collaborate and build relationships (work across teams, gather information, pressure-test data, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution).
- Deliver results (develop high-quality deliverables to articulate insights and recommendations for leadership consumption).
- Review Sales central operations processes and policies to enhance workflow and operating mode.
- Participate in crafting and delivering key operational updates for Sales and leadership, cross-functional teams, and external audiences.
Your Experience
- 3+ years business analysis experience in a high-tech company, demonstrating cross-functional teamwork.
- Independent thinker, enthusiastic, driven, positive, eager to learn, and a team player.
- Self-starter with multiple project management ability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment.
- Project management experience (a plus).
- Experience in a services/consulting organization or supporting a sales org.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- High-level understanding of selling through a channel model.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, G-Suite, or other SaaS tools.
- BA/BS in business, economics, or equivalent, or equivalent military experience.
