Full-Time Sales Project Manager

Sales Project Manager plays a crucial role, requiring expertise in BEUMER products and applications. As a senior position, they act as the primary liaison between customers and BEUMER teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expertise: Become an expert in BEUMER products and applications, stay updated on industry trends.
• Proposal Development: Understand customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, analyze customer requirements for system design needs, support Systems Engineering in designing logistics solutions using CAD, analyze logistics for inefficiencies, propose optimizations, calculate throughput and performance, customize products, develop prototypes, conduct feasibility studies, test and validate.
• Collaboration: Lead pre-sales efforts with Sales, Systems Engineering, Operations, and Software/Controls, be the primary contact for customers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, lead handover from sales to operations.
• Sales Support: Create technical/commercial presentations, support sales team with technical topics, act as customer representative, stay informed about industry trends.
• Attend client meetings/calls, provide technical guidance.

Qualifications: Bachelor's in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred), 5+ years of experience in technical sales/systems engineering focusing on warehouse automation, project management experience, strong time management/attention to detail, excellent communication, computer literacy (MS Office Suite), familiarity with 2D/3D modeling (AutoCAD, SolidEdge), strong analytical/problem-solving skills, active listening. Preferred experience with automated systems, MS Excel/VBA programming, goal setting and collaboration.
