As a Sales Specialist, Process Intelligence Solutions, you will be a solution specialist, leading our Process Mining and Discovery pursuits in an assigned territory. Collaborate with general sales executives.
Drive proactive campaigns to build sales pipelines, prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities across enterprise and strategic customers.
Maintain knowledge of Process Mining & Discovery competitors. Position company's product and services to enable customer transformation through testing automation.
Build relationships with key system integrators, partners, and OEMs.
Understand the industry and market segment of key accounts. Integrate this knowledge into consultative selling.
Leverage existing C-level relationships in the software market with global accounts.
Provide support to Sales Executives and Leaders. Ensure seamless integration of specialist sales with other sales activities.
Establish a professional and consultative relationship with clients, up to and including the C-level.
Develop a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry and position the company as the preferred vendor.
Invest time working with external partners to deliver sales. Direct or coordinate supporting sales activities.
Experience: Multiple years of experience with enterprise software, expertise in Process Mining and Discovery tools. Understanding of complex ERP, CRM systems, AI/ML, DevOps, Agile development, and PM/PD concepts and tools.
Skills: Ability to learn fast, operate in a fluid and dynamic environment, excellent verbal and written communication. Demonstrated leadership, initiative in successfully driving specialty sales. Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customers, and C-level customer interface.
