Full-Time Sales Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to develop, implement, and optimize sales training programs for Integrated Payments and Software Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deliver high-impact sales training programs (new hire onboarding, advanced techniques, continuous learning).
2. Provide expertise on Integrated Payments and Software Solutions (product functionalities, value propositions, competitive positioning).
3. Implement and reinforce Integrated Solutions Selling methodologies (prospecting, objection handling, closing).
4. Conduct real-time call coaching, role-playing, and mentoring to enhance sales skills.
5. Partner with sales managers to identify training needs and create customized programs.
6. Track key sales performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
7. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS), sales enablement tools, and other platforms.
8. Lead in-person and virtual sales workshops, training sessions, and conferences.
