We’re seeking a passionate and strategic Sales Trainer & Program Manager to lead our Sales Rotational Program.

- Design and deliver engaging, learner-centered training programs.
- Facilitate onboarding for early-career sales roles.
- Partner with Sales and Client Support leaders to ensure training is aligned to business needs.
- Continuously assess skill gaps and performance trends.
- Own the strategy, structure, and execution of the Sales Rotational Program.
- Collaborate with senior sales leaders to identify impactful rotation assignments.
- Manage program logistics including onboarding, rotation planning, and mentorship pairings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for participants and mentors.
- Coordinate communications and feedback loops.
- Track KPIs to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates and insights to executive sponsors and HR leadership.
- Champion innovation in learning by exploring new tools and platforms.
