What will you be doing?
The Salesforce Adoption & Reporting Manager is responsible for driving user engagement and ensuring that Salesforce is fully leveraged across the organisation. This remote position emphasizes data-driven adoption strategies, tracking user activities, and reporting on performance metrics to optimize CRM utilization.

Key Responsibilities
- Adoption Strategy & Change Management
- Develop and implement a remote-friendly, data-driven Salesforce adoption strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead virtual change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions when new features or processes are introduced.
- Establish clear KPIs to measure adoption success and continuously refine strategies based on user feedback.
- User Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver virtual training programs based on user activity data and adoption trends.
- Create and maintain self-service training materials, such as video tutorials, FAQs, and user guides.
- Utilize Salesforce MyTrailhead or other LMS platforms to provide scalable learning experiences.
- User Activity Monitoring & Reporting
- Track user engagement metrics and adoption trends using Salesforce analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on adoption progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement data-driven strategies to enhance user experience and optimize Salesforce utilization.
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize user activity, adoption rates, and performance insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users among the commercial sales community, ensuring their needs are met through virtual support channels.
- Collaborate with department heads to tailor adoption strategies to different teams and business functions.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvements in adoption efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with IT, product teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on Salesforce initiatives.
- Support global teams by adapting training and adoption strategies to different time zones and cultural contexts.
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 3–5 years in CRM adoption, user training, or change management roles.
Proven experience in Salesforce reporting and analytics.
Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Trainer)
Experience with Salesforce dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills to leverage data-driven insights for adoption success.
Requires proficiency in Salesforce reporting tools
