Full-Time Salesforce Engagement Manager

As an Engagement Manager, you'll:

• Develop and manage customer relationships (delivery).
• Provide project oversight, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Participate in sales cycles, understand scope, estimates, and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with sales to build account growth plans.
• Transition customers from sales to project delivery (SOW reviews, kickoff, onboarding).
• Collaborate with operations on appropriate project team staffing and mitigate risks.
• Be a 'thought leader', driving outcomes and identifying transformation areas.
• Manage a team (direct and indirect reports).
• Drive internal initiatives (innovation in solution delivery and methodologies).
• Contribute to NeuraFlash's leadership and growth.
• Travel up to 50% for customer projects and events.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years consulting experience in delivery leadership.
• 5+ years leading customer engagements of 15+ individuals.
• 5+ years selling/delivering business solutions on Salesforce/AWS.
• Strong Salesforce, Amazon Connect, Contact Center experience (preferred).
• Expert in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean).
• Expert project delivery skills (program management, SDLC).
• Experience managing technology/product departments.
• Experienced in SOW writing, change requests, and scope management.
