Full-Time SAP Demand & Supply Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and maintenance of SAP modules related to demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
Develop and optimize demand forecasting models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Configure SAP systems to support demand and supply planning processes according to business needs.
Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide guidance and support to SAP functional consultants and end-users.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance SAP system utilization.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to demand and supply planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience (10-15years) as a SAP consultant specializing in demand and supply planning modules.
In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP modules such as SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning), SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization), or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in SAP modules related to demand and supply planning is preferred.
Hands on Experience in the media and digital industry will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA modules for demand and supply planning.
Knowledge of industry best practices in demand forecasting and supply chain management.
Project management experience with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
