Full-Time SAP MM Managing Consultant

• Lead the SAP MM functional stream across the project lifecycle—from blueprinting to deployment.
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Collaborate closely with supply chain, procurement, and quality teams to design solutions aligned with business processes in the life sciences industry.
• Define and document functional specifications, configuration, and integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, WM, FI).
• Drive workshops and stakeholder engagements to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, SOX, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Support cutover planning, data validation, and hypercare activities during go-live.
• Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and third-party vendors.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of SAP MM experience, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• Proven experience in a team leadership or managing consultant role.
• Strong configuration skills in SAP MM, including purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, and material valuation.
• Familiarity with integration touchpoints with SAP SD, PP, WM, and FI.
• Experience working in regulated industries, preferably life sciences.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
