Full-Time SAP Procure to Pay Lead Consultant (P2P/MM)

• Lead end-to-end SAP P2P process design and implementation within an S/4HANA environment.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define procurement solutions.
• Drive the integration of SAP Ariba (Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management) with SAP S/4HANA.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, develop functional specifications, and support system configuration.
• Ensure procurement solutions comply with GxP, SOX, and relevant regulatory standards.
• Partner with supply chain, finance, and IT teams to streamline procurement operations.
• Oversee offshore and nearshore teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Support testing, training, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Promote adoption of best practices and support change management efforts.

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP P2P with strong functional knowledge of procurement processes.
• Proven experience with SAP Ariba integration in S/4HANA environments.
• Solid understanding of direct and indirect procurement, supplier onboarding, and invoice automation.
• Experience in regulated industries, particularly life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
