Full-Time SAP S/4 HANA Product Delivery Lead

The Product Delivery Lead is responsible for leading product development initiatives on our SAP S/4HANA platform and associated applications, managing end-to-end product lifecycles, and ensuring that all products and tools support business objectives, regulatory requirements, and user needs. This person will collaborate closely with the relevant functional area stakeholders, technology partners, and senior management to develop, improve, and expand products and processes that enhance business efficiency, compliance, and revenue growth.

• Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the applicable functional area.
• Oversee the formulation and prioritization of product initiatives.
• Act as the owner of the Global Template for the applicable functional area(s).
• Oversee the functional design and delivery of all Enhancements, Projects, Programmes and Support for the respective domain area.
• Act as the primary liaison between business functions, technology, operations, and executive teams.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, design, development, testing, launch, adoption, and support.
• Establish and monitor key product and business metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business analysts, functional experts, and other relevant team members.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• End-to-end understanding of business and technical disciplines enabling solution design.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions across disciplines.
• Familiarity with SAP delivery methodologies.
• Capable communicator across technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Adept in managing diverse, global teams within complex and challenging environments.
• Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• SAP S/4HANA certifications in the applicable functional area(s); additional module certifications.
• Functional Area: Make To Deliver (MTD) & Logistics Execution (LE) SAP S/4HANA LE and Manufacturing modules with solution design and delivery experience.
