Full-Time Senior Account Manager

This role involves managing accounts for DS Smith's Retail Marketing division, which is the UK's leading 3D POS business.

• Work with top FMCG brands to lead, develop, and execute campaigns from brief to production.
• Collaborate closely with clients and DS Smith production teams to drive projects through the design process.
• Support client growth by implementing the account management strategy.
• Champion the client's values to ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Manage special innovation projects to enhance client potential and drive retention.
• Build strong professional and personal relationships with clients through regular interaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve service levels continuously.
• Manage all key project documentation to ensure seamless communication and execution.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Point-of-Sale account management
• Strong commercial awareness and comfort with financial aspects of the role
• A sales-driven mindset with the ability to uncover new opportunities
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for POS retail marketing
• Excellent organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to work at pace

This is a full-time, home-based role with travel to customers and the Operations site (Ely) as required.
