Experian Consumer Services (ECS) is seeking a Senior Account Manager for the D2C Experian Credit Card Marketplace, a financial lead generation platform.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account growth plans.
- Present executive-level quarterly business reviews.
- Monitor program metrics regularly.
- Research and communicate industry developments.
- Build and nurture long-term partner relationships.
- Coordinate program changes and account operations.
- Ensure program compliance with marketing guidelines.
- Build internal relationships across Experian.
- Manage new program initiatives and optimizations.
- Requirements:
- 5+ years in financial lead generation, specializing in credit cards.
- Expertise in developing business cases and strategic account plans.
- Skills in data analysis and informed decision-making.
- Project management skills.
- Experience negotiating legal contracts.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering executive-level presentations.
- A/B optimization testing experience.
- Ability to collaborate in a matrixed organization.
- Collaborative, team-oriented work preference.
- Understanding of complex technical concepts.
- Beneficial:
- Credit risk underwriting or 3rd party model hosting.
- Strategy consulting experience.
- Knowledge of the rewards credit card space.
- AI experience.
- MBA or related Master's degree.
