Full-Time Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive with a focus on workforce management and financial system solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Devote up to 75% of your time to identifying and soliciting potential clients.
• Deal Qualification: Assess the needs and requirements of prospects.
• Upsell and Client Management: Foster relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities.
• Quota Management: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar sales role within the health IT solutions industry.
• Located in, or able to work within, the Ontario to British Columbia region.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
