YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Provide an exceptional experience to national and international customers.
• Daily management of the branch and fleet.
• Ensure compliance with processes and quality standards.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement actions.
• Contribute to commercial development and success.
• Increase revenue and profit margins.
• Conduct competitive analysis and set pricing strategies.
• Develop and retain B2B and B2C clients.
• Manage a sales team of 6 people.
• Recruitment, training, and development of team.
• Drive sales performance and foster team spirit.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Management and Leadership: Experience managing a profit center and leading a team.
• Performance Culture: Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset.
• Organisation and Adaptability: High standards and ability to adapt.
• Driving License: Valid driving license required.
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English.
