Full-Time Senior Business Development Manager

• Strategic Growth & Business Development: Co-develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategy for online degrees.
• Partnership & Relationship Management: Form partnerships with universities and build relationships with education agencies, government bodies, and corporate sponsors.
• Stakeholder & Government Engagement: Engage with government agencies and represent university partners at industry events.
• Marketing & Event Coordination: Lead the execution of events-led GTM strategy and deliver premium in-market activity.
• Performance & Reporting: Contribute to business forecasts and meet targets across the marketing funnel.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements.

• 10-15 years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and building B2B partnerships across Southeast Asia.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast revenues, and oversee regional P&L statements.
• Experience in engaging with diverse stakeholders.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian education landscape.
