Full-Time Senior Business Development Manager

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing Partners to ensure continued growth and performance.
• Identify and open new retail outlets, with a focus on lifestyle, specialty, and alternative formats (e.g., airport stores, bookstores, art and craft retailers).
• Lead strategic business development initiatives to expand Sandisk’s presence beyond traditional consumer electronics.
• Negotiate partnerships and co-branded opportunities that extend product reach and elevate brand value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies and drive execution.
• Influence strategic retail accounts to adopt and promote removable storage solutions as part of their offerings.
• Research and identify emerging retail trends, innovative distribution models, and untapped market opportunities.
• Develop and activate early-stage partnerships, go-to-market pilots, and scalable programs to broaden consumer access and relevance.

5–10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or retail strategy

• Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and high-value partnerships
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and market research skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

Experience working in or with lifestyle, specialty, or non-traditional retail channels is a plus
