The RoleAs a Senior Client Success Manager covering Key Accounts, you’ll be a strategic advisor and operational expert for our valuable brand partners. This role blends high-touch campaign execution with relationship-based account management. You’ll lead complex creator marketing programs from start to finish, nurturing long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients. You’ll ensure campaigns align with client objectives, collaborating on account renewal and growth. You’ll partner with Product, Sales, Media, Analytics, and Strategy to drive exceptional outcomes, retaining and growing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute campaigns for strategic accounts.
- Daily tasks include program kick-off calls, finalizing briefs, building creator rosters, scheduling content creation, tracking performance, and leading post-campaign reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, advising on initiatives and marketing objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Drive client happiness through fast response times, professionalism, and ownership of NPS scores.
- Understand client processes, pain points, and bottlenecks, aligning #paid's approach.
- Manage multiple programs with varying workload and complexity.
- Proactively identify process inefficiencies and knowledge gaps, collaborating with peers.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders for timely delivery and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales for customer growth and expansion, presenting value-based solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other systems.
- Execute campaigns with minimal oversight, resolving issues, and exceeding objectives.
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations for account growth and retention.
- Address client concerns proactively, leveraging data and internal experts.
- Manage creator relationships and campaigns for operational excellence.
- Meet and exceed KPIs for satisfaction, retention, and revenue metrics.
- Be flexible and available for in-person meetings.

Experience working with enterprise-level clients in agency or creator tech is preferred.
