Full-Time Senior Consultant - Product Costing

• Domain expert in Product costing
• Ensuring accurate cost calculation, margin analysis, and variance tracking.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams for strategic pricing and supply chain decisions.
• Maintaining and updating product cost models.
• Performing standard costing, actual costing, and variance analysis.
• Partnering with supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement teams.
• Analyzing cost of goods sold (COGS) and gross margin trends.
• Supporting annual standard cost roll processes and cost revaluation exercises.
• Reconciling inventory valuations and performing inventory cost adjustments.
• Preparing product cost reports and simulations.
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS/US GAAP, SOX controls, and internal policies.
• Implementing improvements in cost accounting processes and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
• 6–10 years of experience in product costing or cost accounting.
• Strong understanding of costing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Exposure to multi-plant or multi-entity costing environments.
• Experience with new product development costing.
• Familiarity with digital costing tools or RPA implementations.
