Mission Lane is seeking a Senior Debt Sales Program Manager to lead the debt sales program and relationships with external debt buyers.
What You'll Do:
- Manage relationships with debt buyers.
- Ensure adherence to Purchase & Sale Agreements (PSAs).
- Coordinate delivery of obligations under PSAs.
- Liaise between buyers and Mission Lane.
- Monitor buyer relationships.
- Manage Post Sale Support obligations.
- Handle putbacks and recalls.
- Track affidavit requests.
- Stay current on market dynamics.
- Coordinate marketing files.
- Gather and summarize pricing proposals.
- Work with buyers to award sales decisions.
- Work with legal to negotiate PSAs.
- Create sales execution timelines.
- Execute debt sales successfully.
- Ensure delivery of final sale files.
- Manage and resolve buyer issues.
- Plan and forecast bulk sales.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience managing external partner relationships.
- Experience building cross-functional relationships.
- Understanding of debt market dynamics.
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Proven project management skills.
- Legal & Compliance Acumen.
