This role will 1) empower clients to leverage our solutions, 2) forge strong, strategic relationships, 3) actively prime the organization for accelerated growth. Responsibilities include:
- Building the Customer Success team from the ground up
- Working on Customer Success structure (resourcing, reviews, compensation)
- Design account coverage plan
- Focus on Customer Retention and satisfaction
- Be actively involved in Customer feedback and surveys
- Optimizing customer journey; strategy for launching and supporting customers
- Training, upskilling, onboarding of the Customer Success team
- Evaluation of system requirements
- Building processes for key data updates
- Reporting on KPIs and Metrics
- Planning and Strategy projects with leadership
- Attending conferences and webinars
- Collaborating with key teams (Sales, Support, Product, Marketing, etc.)
- Ensure updated health metrics and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback to the Product team
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management
Requirements: 5+ years of leadership experience in customer success or support. Bachelor's or MBA preferred.
