Full-Time Senior Export Control Analyst

Purpose: Implement export controls and sanctions law within the Robert Bosch network globally, and translate them to regional levels. Serves as an extension of the global team.

Responsibilities:

• Compliance with global and national export control regulations and policies
• Implementation and monitoring of Bosch Global Standards and Procedures
• Consult for all Export Control related questions in the US
• Continuous monitoring of business activities and review/release of business models/transactions
• Steering and support of internal/external audits
• Export license process (determination, submissions, monitoring)
• Review and audit of US Export Control Classification
• Monitoring of national export control law changes and alignment with global export control governance
• Evaluation of deemed export transactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years relevant experience
• 5+ years export control experience in North America (EAR and OFAC)
• Ability to advise internal customers on regional/global policies and processes

Compensation: $104,000 - $124,000 (US). Based on experience and knowledge.
