Full-Time Senior Field Marketing Manager

Obsidian Security is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of marketing activities across North America.

What you will do:

• Work creatively and collaboratively with the Marketing, Sales, and BD teams to execute a strong field marketing strategy.
• Track, measure, and share the impact of every program.
• Manage overall budget and spend.
• Partner with sales leadership on territory planning.
• Be an advocate for the sales department.
• Ensure field marketing contributes productively to quarterly business reviews.
• Work closely with partnerships team.
• Leverage data to make informed recommendations.
• Drive new levels of cross-channel and integrated marketing.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of relevant Field Marketing experience.
• 5-7 years of B2B SaaS experience.
• Experience with international sales teams.
• Ability to develop close relationships with sales and collaborate with marketing and product teams.
• Outcome-driven, analytical, customer-first approach.
• Proven track record of executing field marketing programs.
• Experience collaborating with prospects, customers, sales, marketing, and exec team.
• Detail-oriented and organized, meeting deadlines.
• Experience supporting both direct and channel sales teams.
