Your CareerYou will focus on relationship management to achieve results in increased revenue, market share, and depth within the NTT Data sales teams. You will create and execute unique business plans for each potential team and business unit. You'll be measured primarily on joint business executed with your NTT Data across Northern Europe. You will work within all levels of the partner organizations and commit to developing long-term partnerships based on an "outcome where everybody wins" strategy.
Your Impact
- Develop and execute business plans driving partner relationship growth.
- Ensure partners are positioned for successful customer implementations and recommendations.
- Work effectively in a team environment to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
- Design a compelling value proposition to inspire partners to promote your solutions.
- Create services based on emerging and established technologies to increase revenue growth.
- Provide clear and consistent communication across the region with dedicated partners to build strong partnerships.
- Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain performance reports and activity dashboards.
Your Experience
- Experience in GSI Business Management, Channel Management, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of revenue attainment and service creation with GSI partners.
- Understanding of GSI operating models.
- Experience managing GSI relationships across multiple regions.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development.
- Strong initiative, creative thinking, and excellent presentation, written, and communication skills.
- Consistent track record of leading complex sales situations through negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required.
