About the roleWe seek a dynamic Senior GTM Enablement Manager to scale our enablement programs. This role refines, optimizes, and expands onboarding and continuous learning for our growing customer-facing team. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to enhance training, increase program efficiency, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Scale and optimize GTM onboarding for global consistency, reducing ramp time and increasing sales readiness.
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of onboarding programs (live training, e-learning, virtual sessions, role-plays, workshops).
- Develop dynamic, blended learning solutions engaging teams and ensuring accessibility.
- Facilitate field engagement, driving continuous improvement through surveys and feedback loops.
- Develop a coaching framework to reinforce learning and improve team performance.
- Build and manage reinforcement programs (coaching, mentorship, real-world application).
- Optimize LMS, Gong, and AI-driven coaching tools for efficiency, analytics, and self-service learning.
- Partner with GTM leadership, aligning enablement with business objectives.
- Refine content and delivery methods to meet evolving business needs.
- Use data-driven insights to measure effectiveness and implement solutions.
- Manage enablement tools and content repositories, ensuring alignment with sales and customer success.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in sales enablement, training, or related fields (ideally in a fast-growing B2B org).
- Experience designing and executing onboarding programs for sales/customer-facing teams.
- Familiarity with Workramp (LMS) and field training events.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Create compelling training assets (briefs, slides, videos).
- Proficient in Google Suite, Notion, MS Office, Adobe creative tools.
- Passionate, high-energy individual with a positive attitude.
- (Preferred) Knowledge of finance, planning, reporting, sales fundamentals.
- (Preferred) Experience in instructional design and adult learning.
