About the Role: The Senior HR Business Partner provides operational HR services and advice to support Equip's objectives. This role is an internal consultant on people-related matters like employee relations, performance management, and talent planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily guidance to leaders on People needs (employee relations, performance, team dynamics, conflict resolution, career development).
  • Mentor leaders to resolve employee relations or performance issues efficiently.
  • Manage complex employee relations and performance issues.
  • Conduct thorough, objective investigations.
  • Improve employee relationships, build morale and engagement, increase productivity and retention, in partnership with leadership.
  • Advise leaders on hiring and workforce planning, aligning with organizational strategy.
  • Enable successful performance management programs.
  • Develop and collect People data and reporting to analyze trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with programming, initiatives, and policies.
  • Own and execute special projects.
  • Understand Equip's financial position, objectives, culture, and competition.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years HR Business Partner experience in a high-growth organization.
  • PHR, SPHR or other HR certification.
  • Experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Strong knowledge of HR disciplines (compensation, employee relations, DEI, performance management, relevant employment laws).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills; building relationships with leaders, understanding needs, offering solutions, and following up.
  • Self-starter, process improvement experience.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
