As a key member of ServiceNow’s Global Enablement team, the Senior Industry Solutions Enablement Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing learning experiences.
This role empowers field organizations to sell with confidence and drive growth across verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, execution, and measurement of industry solution learning strategies.
- Showcase real-world AI-first approaches in program content.
- Apply methodologies to deliver scalable, high-impact enablement programs.
- Partner with teams to tailor learning plans for new hires and tenured sellers.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership.
- Work closely with Instructional Design and Communications teams to build multi-format content.
- Engage regional Enablement Leads to ensure global consistency and local relevance.
- Integrate AI tools and methods into program creation.
- Translate product marketing insights into field-ready enablement materials.
- Align content with sales and customer buying processes.
- Facilitate sessions and drive adoption of tools and systems.
- Refine programs based on feedback and performance data.
- Design and execute learner engagement initiatives.
- Monitor adoption metrics and learner outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of experience to include 6+ years in sales, enablement, or marketing roles.
- Proven experience and knowledge of solution selling and industry-specific solutions enablement.
- Strong understanding of product marketing, sales enablement methodologies, and learning best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver strategies that drive seller performance.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-directed, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
