Full-Time Senior Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team, they would provide a full range of legal support on all kind of PV legal project related matters, with a particular focus on the transactional phase (M&A). The main function will be to provide legal support to project development and transactional activities from their early stage to their implementation with a focus on the German market, but with some international exposure.

• Drafting and negotiating MOU, Terms Sheets and JV Agreements.
• Providing legal support during the lifecycle of the PV projects, especially during the transactional phase (M&A)
• Support and review of general project contracts (EPC, O&M and AMA mainly)
• Provide legal support during PPA negotiation and Project Finance phase.
• Instructing and managing external legal advisors

• Law degree (German Preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (law firm or in-house), ideally in cross border scenarios
• Proficiency in negotiation of contracts (SPAs, JVs, EPC and PPAs) in German and English language
• Proactive and team player.
• Ability to identify and manage complex legal issues across several jurisdictions
• You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• German and English full professional competence is mandatory
